Finding Our Way!
Tomorrow is the start of our Kindness Walk and I’m reflecting on what it means to find our way. With those walking alongside us. With those we meet along the way. And perhaps most especially with ourselves. Finding my way back home to myself, reconnecting with the reservoir of what has always been there, taking time to remember what is true and important.
George Fox, founder of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) said—when talking of how to be a good presence/example/pattern to others—said to “walk cheerfully over the world, answering that of God in everyone.” That’s how I most feel in the presence of the Spirit…when being with others.
Here’s to finding our way. Nine days. Ninety miles. A thousand t-shirts. Two thousand cookies. Countless opportunities!
