Day Two!

The welcome at St. George Catholic Church at the end of Day 2 was over the top! We stumbled in after 12.1 miles to applause and a hot meal provided by so many wonderful parishioners!

And the morning blessing offered by Rabbi Jesse at Temple Beth Am before we started out brought tears to the eyes of Bob and me. Such a thoughtful gesture…

We walked through the heart of Seattle today, down Pine Street and through Pike Street Market. Madeleine, my 88-year old mother-in-law even walked a mile just to support us.

Sore legs (me, not Bob) but young hearts! Onward!
